Dear Service Department operates within the framework of the Constant Customer Program, which every day cares for the satisfaction of the participants of the program, providing answers to the customers’ responses and requests.
Each month, in co-operation with the Gastronome gourmet market and Decorum interior centre, the Dear Service Department provides special discounts (10 -20%) to the participants of the program for the food products and interior items corresponding to the theme of the month, as well as work in order to regularly ensure surprises to each participant of the program
Each our constant customer may become a participant of the program and Dear loyalty card owner by filling-in a form received from the administrators at the trade places or here.
